Each session is a unique blend of guided exploration and active breathwork, designed to help you access the wisdom your body holds and reconnect with your most authentic self.

What makes these sessions different?
Personalised Exploration
We begin each session by exploring what's currently present in your life. Where do you feel stuck, unclear, or disconnected? What patterns keep repeating? What decisions are you facing? This isn't surface-level conversation - we create space for deeper truths to emerge.
Active Breathwork Tailored to You
Using the dynamic, rhythmic breathing technique I learned while studying with the healer, David Elliott, we create an altered state of consciousness where your analytical mind can rest and your body's intelligence can speak. The breathwork is adapted to your specific needs, intentions, and what emerges during our initial exploration.
Immediate Integration
Together we explore what emerged during your breathwork journey. What did your body reveal? What messages came through? How do these insights connect to the areas where you've been seeking clarity?
Complete Privacy
Your session is entirely confidential. There's no pressure to share with others or perform in any way. This is your space to be completely authentic, to explore whatever needs attention, and to process emotions or insights as they arise.
What to Expect in Your Session
Initial Exploration (20-30 minutes)
We start by creating a safe container where you can share what's truly present for you. This might include:
Life transitions you're navigating
Decisions you're facing but feel unclear about
Patterns of stress, overwhelm, or people-pleasing
Sense of disconnection from your authentic self
Areas where you feel stuck or blocked
Preparation for Breathwork (5-10 minutes)
I'll guide you through the active breathwork technique, ensuring you're comfortable with the breathing pattern and addressing any questions or concerns.
Active Breathwork Journey (30-40 minutes)
Using a 3-part, rhythmic breathing pattern, we create a state where insights can emerge and emotional releases can occur. I'll guide you throughout, adjusting the pace and providing supportive cues as needed. This is where the transformation happens—in the space between your thinking mind and your body's wisdom.
Integration and Reflection (10-15 minutes)
We conclude by exploring what emerged during your breathwork. What did you experience? What insights or messages came through? How might these revelations inform your life going forward?
