Most workshops focus on a specific theme from 'stress as messenger' to 'coming home to authenticity', offering both newcomers and seasoned practitioners a chance to go deeper into this transformative work.

I create a carefully held container where you can explore whatever arises during the breathwork without pressure to share or perform. Your experience is entirely your own.
What to Expect
Opening & Theme Introduction (20-25 minutes)
We begin by exploring the workshop's theme through both scientific understanding and embodied wisdom, helping to prepare your mind and body for the journey ahead. This will include some grounding exercises and journalling questions to stir up what areas of your life are ready to be seen and felt during the session.
Preparation for Breathwork (5-10 minutes)
I'll guide you through the active breathwork technique, ensuring you're comfortable with the breathing pattern and addressing any questions you may have.
Active Breathwork Journey (30-35 minutes)
Using a 3-part, rhythmic breathing pattern, we create a state where insights, releases, and deeper awareness can emerge. I'll guide the group throughout while honouring each person's individual experience.
Integration (10-15 minutes)
This is the juiciest part! All that active breath will have quietened the mind, lightened tension, often leaving us to enjoy the deepest and most expansive rest. This is often a place of insights, clarities and most of all deep peace.
Reflection (5-10 minutes)
We conclude with optional sharing for those who wish to voice what emerged, creating connection while respecting privacy for those who prefer to keep their experience internal.

What do I need?

A comfortable space where you can lie down without interruption. Add blankets, pillows, eye mask, your fav essential oils or incense. Anything to bring maximum comfort!

A camera-enabled device (phone, tablet, or computer) so I can guide your posture and technique.

Headphones (highly recommended for optimal experience).
