Members' Studio

The virtual members’ studio is a subscription service giving you access to all LIVE virtual breathwork classes, members-only workshops and their recordings, PLUS a library of recorded guided breathwork journeys to grow and refine your own breathwork practice.

Private Sessions

Private 1:1 sessions are a combined life coaching and breathwork session with your own intuition as your coach! Cathy is here to ask you questions on where you need to get clear and guide your subconscious to the answers already inside you.

Virtual workshops

These virtual group classes are a great way to dip your toe and try out breathwork for the first time. Equally, groups are a great way to maintain an ad-hoc practice when it suits; like any form of meditation, the more your practice the deeper you go!
